Xiaomi Auto to establish flagship center in Waigaoqiao

Xiaomi Auto has signed a property lease agreement with Xin Development Company, a subsidiary of the Waigaoqiao Group, to establish its flagship center in Phase III of the Xin Park complex.

Spanning over 15,000 square meters, the facility will integrate vehicle display, test drives, deliveries, after-sales service, and direct-operated body repair, making it Xiaomi Auto’s largest flagship center in Shanghai and its first delivery center in Pudong. Operations are set to begin in October 2025.

Located on Gaoshe Road N. in Pudong, the flagship center neighbors prestigious automotive projects such as the Porsche China Training Center and Tesla’s Waigaoqiao hub. The center adopts an innovative "three-in-one" service model, combining premium brand experience, smart vehicle delivery, and full-cycle customer service.

The tech-infused architectural space will feature next-gen service infrastructure such as interactive smart systems and digital delivery platforms, positioning itself as a new benchmark in NEV (new energy vehicle) services.

Xiaomi Auto’s entry further strengthens Waigaoqiao’s Automotive Theme Park, which is already home to Audi’s largest global flagship center, Tesla’s biggest integrated hub in China, Porsche’s direct-operated flagship & training center, BMW’s largest Chinese flagship center, China’s first Lincoln global flagship, Great Wall’s smart selection hub and service centers of Lexus, Volvo, VW, and Toyota.

Leveraging its industrial base and open-market advantages, Waigaoqiao is advancing a comprehensive auto ecosystem spanning R&D, exhibitions, trade, and logistics to accelerate the industry’s shift toward "smart connectivity + green energy" innovation.
