A Sunland aesthetic space and plant-themed library was recently unveiled at the Yu Family Old Residence in Pudong Peony Garden in north Pudong New Area.
The venue is another successful case of innovative fusion of urban ecology, culture, sports and tourism resources.
The location of the venue, Pudong Peony Garden, was developed by Waigaoqiao Group and is operated by its subsidiary, Sunland Waigaoqiao Business Operation Center Co.
The garden features more than 2,000 peony plants and includes six historic Jiangnan residences, symbolizing the blend of Shanghai and Jiangnan cultures.
The newly inaugurated Sunland aesthetic space is housed in the historic Yu Family Old Residence.
It will host regular themed events focusing on urban aesthetics, cultural exchanges and intangible heritage preservation.
Additionally, it will serve as a multifunctional urban hub for businesses.
Its plant-themed library will teach floral arrangements and tea ceremony, as well as offer a plenty of choices on books on botany.
During its opening ceremony Sunland Waigaoqiao Commercial Operations Center Co inked agreements with Shanghai Duoyunxuan Co, Shanghai Yi Chi Hua Yuan Coffee Management Co, and Shanghai Suyinle Enterprise Management Co.
