Two companies from the bonded area, ASML (Shanghai) Electrical Equipment Co Ltd and Sinopharm Group Distribution Center Co Ltd, have been included in the list of trade headquarters enterprises recognized for 2024 released by the Shanghai Commerce Commission.
Currently, there are already 33 trade headquarters in the bonded area.
ASML Electrical Equipment, established in 2018, provides services such as commodity procurement, marketing and sales, supply chain management and other logistics operations, wholesale of electronic equipment and its components, computer software, import and export, commission agency and related supporting services.
Sinopharm Distribution Center integrates global resources to provide services for upstream and downstream suppliers, member enterprises and medical institutions.
The bonded area will continue to optimize the business environment, strengthen the headquarters economy, and encourage and support multinational companies in building high-level headquarters that focus on the Chinese market and connect with the global market.
