Three subsidiaries of Waigaoqiao Group have signed strategic cooperation agreements with Honeywell Automation Control (China) Co Ltd to deepen their collaboration in smart building energy-saving solutions and jointly promote the development of the green low-carbon industry.
Honeywell, a Fortune 500 company, is widely recognized in the industry for its extensive technical expertise and market experience in green low-carbon buildings, energy-efficient buildings and healthy and safe buildings.
Currently, Waigaoqiao Group manages over 6 million square meters of property, including the Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone, Waigaoqiao Port Comprehensive Free Trade Zone and Pudong Airport Comprehensive Free Trade Zone.
Last year, the group partnered with Honeywell to systematically apply digital energy-saving solutions to Waigaoqiao Sunland International Building and Ascott Sunland, establishing a smart building operation management platform for the Sunland area.
Through the implementation of energy-saving solutions, they achieved full lifecycle operation and maintenance management of smart building scenarios, significantly enhancing building comfort level while reducing energy consumption.
In this new round of cooperation, both parties plan to further promote the implementation of advanced energy-saving solutions in more building scenarios. By applying Internet of Things and big data technologies, customized software and full lifecycle building operation services, they aim to support the efficient operation, energy efficiency improvement and green sustainable development of smart buildings.
