The Waigaoqiao-based factory of A.M. Castle Metal Materials (Shanghai) Co Ltd has been officially put into operation. The newly leased factory spans an area of 5,850 square meters, integrating production and office functions.
Before the new space was inaugurated, the company had successfully completed a series of changes related to its bonded business, ensuring a seamless transition in production.
Established in Waigaoqiao in 2007, A.M. Castle mainly engages in the production, processing, storage and distribution of metal products, as well as providing product displays and technical training. This includes offering parts processing services for domestic large aircraft projects. It belongs to the intelligent manufacturing sector, which is one of the four key industries in Waigaoqiao.
To support the business expansion of the company, the United Development Center, Waigaoqiao Group's subsidiary, helped A.M. Castle quickly identify property targets and provided services related to bonded business transitions, assisting the company in achieving a seamless transition between old and new office spaces during the production business switch.
