The largest Tesla center in Pudong, spanning over 8,000 square meters, has opened in Waigaoqiao.
Located at the integrated center of the Waigaoqiao XINeocity, the Waigaoqiao Tesla Center incorporates a comprehensive suite of services including displays of all Tesla models currently for sale, test rides and drives, after-sales service and direct-operated sheet spray. It also showcases Tesla's energy storage products.
On the opening day, Tesla's star product—the Cyber Truck—made an appearance to support the event. The vehicle is styled in a "cyberpunk" fashion, featuring armored glass, a stainless steel exoskeleton body, all-terrain tires, an exceptionally high ground clearance and spacious interior.
Since signing the contract with Donghua Star Mercedes-Benz World in 2007, the Waigaoqiao Automotive Theme Industrial Park has attracted several major automotive centers. These include the world's largest Audi flagship center and Porsche direct-operated flagship center, the largest BMW flagship center in China, China's first Lincoln global flagship center and showrooms and service centers for nine major global automotive brands such as Lexus, Volvo, Volkswagen and Toyota.
