On November 4, the first domestically built large-scale cruise ship "Adora Magic City" was officially named and delivered by CSSC Waigaoqiao Shipbuilding Co Ltd.
This marks China as a country capable of building aircraft carriers, large-scale LNG carriers and large-scale cruise ships, known as the "three pearls" of the shipbuilding industry.
The " Adora Magic City " is 323.6 meters long, 72.2 meters high, 24 floors tall, with 2,125 cabins and can accommodate up to 5,246 passengers. The ship has more than 40,000 square meters of public areas, including restaurants, theater, and gyms, making it a mobile city on the sea.
The cruise ship will set sail from Shanghai's Wusongkou International Cruise Terminal on January 1 next year.
