The Sunland Bay project, developed and constructed by Waigaoqiao Group and operated by Sunland Commercial Operation Company, has successfully been selected as the "most beautiful industrial park" in the Pudong New Area, with its theme of "Unbounded Sunland.”
The project is located in the core of the Sunland Commercial and Business District, only about 400 meters away from the Zhouhai Road station of Metro Line 6. It is built around the Sunland Lake, with a total above-ground building area of about 66,000 square meters, consisting of 21 lakefront office buildings with 2-4 floors each.
Based on the industrial advantages of the Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone, Sunland Bay has formed an industrial cluster with leading companies in the healthcare, cruise and sports industries as its backbone.
