The construction of the XINeocity talent apartment and apartment hotel project officially began recently.
This is another landmark supporting project created by the Waigaoqiao Xin Development Company following the world's first Sam's Club flagship store, providing high-quality and convenient job-housing choices for the vast employment population in and around Waigaoqiao Free Trade Zone, aiming to alleviate the housing difficulties of young people in Waigaoqiao.
The new project is located on the southeast side of Jinjing Road and Jujin Road, covering an area of about 29,000 square meters and an estimated total construction area of over 90,000 square meters. The total investment exceeds 900 million yuan (US$130.06 million), and the project is expected to be completed and delivered by 2025.
The project is surrounded by complete urban supporting facilities, adjacent to the world's largest Sam's Club China flagship store, about 1.4 kilometers away from the Gaobao Road Station of the Chongming Line (under construction), about 2 kilometers away from the Jinjing Road Station of Metro Line 12, and about 2.7 kilometers away from the Wuzhou Avenue Station of Metro Line 6. It is also close to the XIN Park and many well-known domestic and foreign companies located within the free trade zone.
