Siemens Energy Co Ltd finished its industrial and commercial registration, with a total registered capital of 4.1 billion yuan (US$579 million), including 3.8 billion yuan of newly added funds.
Affiliated to Siemens Energy Group, the energy company was established in the Waigaoqiao Bonded Area in November 2019.
The company has realized capital increase within half a year of its establishment and is currently making efforts to promote the development of the headquarters economy.
As the carrier of foreign-invested industry, Waigaoqiao is dedicated to offering enterprises integrated services of the whole industrial chain and help them secure capital and supply chain.
