Three Expanded Areas of China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone will be fully functional on April 27, 2015. The Special Administration Measures on Foreign Investment Access to the China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone, commonly known as the Negative List, will come into effect on May 8. Apart from the original service center (9 Jilong Road, 9 Shuntong Road, and 1333 Wenju Road) which will continue to serve companies in the original 28.78 km2 of the free trade zone, another three service centers and two information centers will offer services according to their functions in corresponding areas. (1) China (Shanghai) Pilot Free Trade Zone Administrative Service Center
Services targets: companies in Lujiazui and Expo Areas
Area Boundaries: Jiyang Road, South Pudong Road, Longyang Road, Jinxiu Road and Luoshan Road on the east, Middle Ring Road on the south, and the Huangpu River on the north and the west.
