Measures of the People’s Republic of China for Practicing Management of Customs Declarers
II. Scope of Application
In case of change of the Customs declarers due to the identity materials like name, IC Card No. and the name of the Customs declaration unit and Customs reference.
III. Required Materials
1. Application for Change of Registration of Customs Declarers;
2. Photocopy of the Certificate of Qualifications of Customs Declarers;
3. Photocopy of the ID Card;
4. Letter of Authorization (to be provided by the entrusted Customs declaration units);
5. Certificate of changes;
6. Certificate of Customs Declarers.
IV. Application Process
The applicant may type the application information through the pre-input mechanism or by logging on to the online corporate management platform of Customs via the Internet, and file an application to Customs;
The applicant submits the following materials to Customs (in case of originals, to be submitted to Customs for verification, and with the photocopy to affix the official seal of the company);
Customs issues the acceptance certificates of the application materials relating to registration of Customs declarers, extension, change, cancellation, and probation filing, etc.;
After checking, Customs will handle the formalities for change of registration of Customs declarers and issue relevant certificates, provided that the conditions on change of registration of Customs declarers are satisfied.
