FTZ Art leads cultural exchange with art exhibitions

The sixth Shanghai International Artwork Trading Week is set to take place from November 7 to 11. The Shanghai Free Trade Zone International Cultural Investment Development Co Ltd, a subsidiary of the Waigaoqiao Group, will present a special zone, a forum, an exhibition and a set of services.

These include participating for the fourth consecutive year in the CIIE Cultural Relics and Artworks Exhibition Zone, hosting the Shanghai International Art Book Fair for the second year, organizing the ninth "Shanghai Dialogue" Summit Forum, and providing a one-stop solution from access to transactions for various exhibitions, the CIIE Cultural Relics and Artworks Zone and entities in the art market during the trading week.

Coinciding with the trading week, the seventh China International Import Expo, a national-level exhibition, will be held from November 5 to 10 at the National Exhibition and Convention Center. This year marks the fourth year that the CIIE has established a Cultural Relics and Artworks Zone. The FTZ Art will participate as the official exhibition partner to help create this zone.

The scale of this year's Cultural Relics and Artworks Zone is expected to expand further. The exhibition area will reach 2,500 square meters, featuring 12 participating enterprises, including world-renowned auction houses such as Sotheby's, Phillips and Vmuse, which have appeared at the CIIE for several years. Prestigious international galleries and institutions like Galleria Continua, Glocal Art Project SA, and Hong Kong Oriental Auction will also make their debut, showcasing top global artworks and cultural relics.

As one of the five major expos during the trading week, the second Shanghai International Art Book Fair, created by the Waigaoqiao cultural sector, will be open to the public from November 8 to 10.

This year's International Art Book Fair will be expanded further, providing a platform for collaboration and exchange among domestic and international publishers and art institutions, promoting Chinese culture globally and enhancing China's status and reputation in the international cultural and art fields.
