Shanghai Mayor Gong Zheng recently awarded certificates to the 33rd batch of 30 regional headquarters and 10 research and development centers.
Altogether 30 multinational companies participated in the awarding ceremony, among which seven were from the Waigaoqiao Bonded Area, including Wyeth Nutrition, equipment manufacturer Liebherr, metal trader Mitsubishi Corporation RtM China, and chemicals and food investor Adeka China.
Many of the MNCs are based in the Waigaoqiao Intelligent Manufacturing Service Industrial Park. Currently, the industrial park boasts more than 100 firms from Germany, Switzerland, Italy, Spain, the United States, Australia and other countries.
The park, taking advantage of Waigaoqiao’s supporting policies, offers better services, including bonded product demonstration, logistics, R&D achievements transformation, technological exchange and professional training.
