Construction of the Waigaoqiao Cell Therapy Industrial Application Park started recently on Plot D4 of the Waigaoqiao Bonded Area.
Covering 65,000 square meters, the park combines functions, including technology R&D, commercialized production and headquarter offices.
On the same day, construction for major projects like Nanjing IASO Biotherapeutics Co Ltd also began. The company specializes in discovery, development and commercialization of cell therapies in the field of oncology.
More clinical trials of new medicine projects will begin in the next two years. IASO will attract more upstream and downstream firms to jointly promote innovation in industrial modes and technologies.
